CESINEL was founded in Madrid in 1997 by Rafael Collantes , a doctorate in electronic engineering from ICAI University with several years of experience at the prestigious Institute of Technological Research - I.I.T.
Among many other achievements, it has won the status of world leader in single-phase power quality analyzers and its many applications. MEDCAL, a Power Quality Analyzer, became an immediate success and along 30 years has become a worldwide benchmark.
Moreover: at CESINEL we develop ad-hoc projects for global leaders whose needs are so specific and stringent that a Unique New Solution has to be designed and created.
